Shashi Agarwal uses EFT for Cervical Pain

in Pain Management

On 13th July, 2010 I was doing my morning walk when I met my ex-neighbour. While walking he happened to mention to me the cervical pain that his wife was suffering from. He mentioned that over the years the pain had spread from her neck, to her shoulders and now to the her back too. I briefed him about the concept of EFT and how it could possibly relieve his wife from her cervical pain. Fortunately enough (I say fortunately, because not everybody understands the concept and enrolls in the first instance), he was open to idea of my trying out EFT  on the cervical pain of his wife.

So after we had finished our walk, I went to his house. I met his wife who at that time was complaining of pain from neck to shoulders to her back. On the intensity meter her pain was around 6-7.

So we started with round 1 of the basic recipe and to her surprise the pain from her shoulders and back completely disappeared. However, she could still feel the pain in the upper left portion of her neck. So we did another abridged round. After Round 2 her pain in the neck also came down to around 1-2. We did another round, but this time we also addressed her emotion behind the pain, which was irritation. After Round 3 her pain in the neck had come down to a complete 0. She could feel her neck, shoulders and back were relaxed and like some other people I have worked with, she started feeling a bit sleepy.

I followed up with her in the evening on the same day and she said that she was completely fine during the day, to the effect that she did not even take her medicine (maybe a pain killer) which she was otherwise taking twice a day.

I followed up with her again on the morning of 14th July, 2010 and she said that her neck was a bit stiff in the morning (much much less than what it otherwise used to be). She did one round of the basic recipe herself and she was fine. Something that she had not experienced in the recent past.

This is another example of how EFT can be effectively used for Pain Management.
